Cancellation Rights and Refund Policy
14-day cancellation right
If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase of services within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision to cancel by emailing hello@mariachristie.co before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
Please note: if you have requested that services commence within the 14-day cancellation period (for example, by booking and attending a session), your right to cancel may be limited or lost in respect of services already delivered. We will make this clear to you at the point of booking.
Refunds
Where a valid cancellation is made within the 14-day period and services have not yet commenced, a full refund will be provided within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Where services have partially commenced at your request, a proportionate refund may be offered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline a refund where services have been fully delivered or where the cancellation period has expired.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited without refund at our discretion.
