Traditional coaching and personal development programmes work cognitively — building awareness, reframing thoughts, practising new behaviours week by week. That approach has value. But it's working at the level of the conscious mind, which accounts for only 5% of what drives your behaviour.
The Confidence Reset works at the other 95%. The RTT Hypnotherapy sessions go directly to the subconscious — to find where the belief was formed and update it at the source. The coaching sessions translate that subconscious shift into how you think, respond and show up in your life in real time. How the six weeks unfold.

Foundation
We begin with a deep-dive intake session to map your patterns, history and goals. Your first RTT Hypnotherapy session identifies and begins to transform the subconscious belief at the root of what’s been holding you back. Your first personalised hypnosis recording is created and daily listening begins.

Momentum
Your first coaching session translates the RTT shift into real-life responses and behaviours. We identify where the pattern has been showing up and begin to rewire it consciously. Nervous system regulation tools are introduced.

Depth
Your second RTT session goes deeper — building on the ground cleared in week one to address the next layer. A new personalised recording reinforces the updated beliefs. Coaching continues to anchor the shifts in your daily experience.

Rewire
With two RTT sessions complete, the coaching work intensifies. We focus on identity — who you are becoming, how she thinks, how she responds, what she allows herself to have. Nervous system work ensures the body is keeping pace with the mind.

Embody
Your third RTT session consolidates the transformation and addresses any remaining layers. Coaching focuses on visibility, expression and action — bringing the internal shift into the external world. Your third personalised recording is created.

Integrate
Your final session is dedicated to integration and consolidation. We review your transformation, anchor the new beliefs, and create a clear, grounded plan for what comes next. You leave with a complete picture of who you are now — and what’s available to you from here.

For those women, I offer a continuation programme of fortnightly or monthly coaching sessions over one to three months. This isn’t a new programme — it’s a natural extension of the work we’ve already done together, with the depth and context of six weeks behind it.
Continuation support is discussed at the end of your six weeks, when we both have a clear sense of what would serve you best next.

The Confidence Reset™ is a premium, bespoke programme. Investment starts from €2,500, with flexible payment options available.
The full investment and available options are discussed on your first call — where we can also confirm that this is the right programme for where you are right now. I’d rather you invest in the right thing than the most expensive thing.
This programme is not right for everyone — and that’s intentional. On our call, we’ll both know if it’s the right fit.

It's a personal choice and depends on your capacity to handle it. However, I generally advise against working on the same issues simultaneously with a therapist or another coach. Doing so can sometimes keep the issues you're trying to resolve "alive," leading to confusion, counterproductive outcomes, and potential re-triggering, which can be overwhelming.
For the most powerful and effective results, I recommend focusing on one approach at a time. This allows for deeper transformation and ensures our work can be fully effective.
