RTT HYPNOTHERAPY FOR CONFIDENCE & SELF WORTH

You know your worth intellectually. It's time you actually felt enough.

You’ve done the therapy, read the books, practiced the affirmations. And yet. There’s still a version of you that deflects when someone compliments you, that makes herself smaller so others feel more comfortable, that can't quite receive love, success or recognition without waiting for it to be taken away.

This isn’t a mindset problem. It’s a subconscious one. And RTT Hypnotherapy is one of the very few approaches that goes there directly.

Women often come to me with one or more of these

  • Chronic self-doubt and the quiet but persistent feeling of not being enough

  • Body image — the relationship you have with how you look, how you inhabit your body, and whether you feel at home in it

  • Receiving — love, compliments, success, money, help — without deflecting or diminishing it

  • The need for external validation to feel okay about yourself

  • Perfectionism rooted in fear of being exposed or judged

  • The version of you that shrank to be accepted — and hasn’t fully expanded since

This is for you if…

  • You are capable, accomplished, admired — and quietly exhausted by the gap between how others see you and how you see yourself

  • Your relationship with your body has been a source of pain for longer than you can remember

  • You know where the self-doubt comes from. Knowing hasn’t made it stop.

  • You’ve been ‘working on yourself’ for years and you’re ready for something that actually shifts the foundation

Why RTT reaches what other approaches don't

o1

The limitation

Most confidence work operates at the level of thoughts and behaviour — catching the negative thought, reframing it, choosing a different action. That has value. But it doesn't touch the original moment the belief was formed.

o2

The difference

In RTT Hypnotherapy, we access the subconscious directly. We find the root — often a moment, an experience, or a decision made in childhood or adolescence — and we update it.

o3

The result

Not by revisiting trauma painfully, but by seeing it clearly, as an adult, with new understanding. The shift that follows tends to be quieter and more permanent than anything arrived at through willpower alone.

If body image feels like its own conversation…

For many women, self-worth and body image are deeply intertwined — the way you feel about yourself on any given day shaped entirely by how you feel about how you look. We can absolutely work with that here.

If your relationship with your body feels like the primary issue — the mirror, the cycle of never feeling enough physically, the war that has been going on longer than you can remember — there is a dedicated page for exactly that.
